Time flies ~ It's the end of the school year again! YTSA is now looking for new staff members for the upcoming 2011-2012!!!
Do you to have more experiences other than school work during your University life? Do you want to challenge yourself towards holding one successful event after another?
Come join our staff team here! WE WANT YOU!!!

Location: 4968 Yonge Street M2N 7G8 (near North York Centre subway station)

When:
Session I -- April 30, Sat, 1-5 pm
Session II - May 4, Wed, 1-5 pm
(YOU ONLY NEED TO ATTEND ONE OF THESE TWO)

What to do Before you come:
Please be sure to email us your Statement of Interest (less than 300 words, in English or Chinese).

The Statement should AT LEAST include the following:
1) Which recruitment session you are planning to attend
2) Which department & position you are interested in YTSA [Please refer to notes (a*) and (b*)]
3) Why do you think you are qualified for the position.

a*) YTSA has the following departments open for recruitment:
Events
Public Relations
Marketing
Communication and web coordinator
Arts Departments

b*) Positions open for recruitment are
Director
Staff
Assistant

What to expect During the event:
1) Brief Department Introduction
2) Open Dicussion -- Bring your questions towards any departments and ASK!!!
3) 5-min Individual Interview by P & VPs

**NOTE:
2010-2011 Staffs and Assistants STILL need to attend this recruitment
session if you wish to be staffs or assistants in the upcoming year.
