Hope you all did well on your midterms!!! YTSA would like to present you its annual AR session.希望你的期中考一切都很順利! YTSA想向您介紹每年一度的AR會話。
Do you want to have more experiences other than school work during your University life? Do you want to challenge yourself towards holding one successful event after another? ALL ARE WELCOME!
Come join our staff team here! WE WANT YOU!!!

What to do Before you come:
Please be sure to email us your Statement of Interest (less than 300 words, in English or Chinese).
The Statement should AT LEAST include the following:
1) Which recruitment session you are planning to attend
2) Which department & position you are interested in YTSA [Please refer to notes (a*) and (b*)]
3) Why do you think you are qualified for the position.
Location: Scott Library Study Room I
When: Friday, October 25, 2013
Session I: Internal – October 25th, 2013. Friday. 1:30pm - 3:00pm
• 1:30pm – 2:00pm Introduction.
• 2:00pm – 2:30pm Communication department recruitment.
• 2:30pm – 3:00pm Art department recruitment.
Session II: External – October 25th, 2013. Friday. 3:00pm - 7:00pm
• 3:00pm – 3:30pm Introduction.
• 3:30pm – 4:15pm Marketing department recruitment.
• 4:20pm – 5:40pm Event department recruitment.
• 5:45pm – 7:00pm Public Relations department recruitment.
(You are more than welcome to attend more than one department recruitment)
Session Ⅲ: For people who can not attend Session I and Session II
• October 25th, 2013. Friday. 7:00pm – 8:00pm.
a*) YTSA has the following departments open for
recruitment:

Public Relations
Marketing
Communication and web coordinator
Arts Departments***
b*) Positions open for recruitment are
Assistant

3) 5-min Individual Interview by P & Vps & Department director
