【已結束】YTSA 2010-2011 Staff Training

To All YTSA Staff,

Our annual YTSA Staff trip is approaching. As you know, this year's trip will be hosted again at Blue Mountain Resort. Details below

Date: Sept 10-12 (3 Days 2 Night)

Meeting time: Sept 10, Friday, 10 AM SHARP @ Finch&Yonge Scotia Bank parking lot (DO NOT BE LATE!!!~)

Transportation:4 Drivers (Ron, Pearl, Aaron, Kevin)

Please Bring the following:
1. Change of clothes for the 3 day (bring 1 extra set) [appropriate attire for outdoor activities]
2. Toothbrush & toothpaste
3. 1 Snack to share
4. Your class + work schedule for fall (in printed copy)
5. Blow dryer and towels (suggested) [they have towels there]

Cost:
$70 for staff
$90 for assistants

Reminder:
Please send Kevin your strength + weakness before wednesday

Me and Jack guarantees this will be the best trip ever, so please have a good night sleep on thursday because those 3 days will be very intense.

Marketing department: Victoria will arrive in Toronto on Set 12. So there is only one person from marketing department will attend the staff training.

Communication Dept.: All will come, confirmed.

Victoria confirmed the trip with Kevin, so if she cannot attend, cost will go up for everyone else

PR Department has 3 people confirmed. Wendy is not going due to late arrival.
