因為我好像有聽到有人換department但不確定。

If anyone is switching department, I hope that I'm the person finalizing it if there's no further concern that requires Kevin's attention.

As far as I know, there's no request at the moment from assistants.

As I said in the emails to all directors, we do encourage all assistants to stay in the dept and try out the tasks. Meanwhile, We do not forbid any assistant to support staff in other departments if they want to.

If you have a strong concern in switching, I hope to have a discussion and conversation with you, your director, and Kevin to have the agreement.

I'm not trying to be picky but in order to stabilize the club human resource, please do respect that we are responsible for all decisions and changes.

I apprecitate everyone's cooperation very much!
