August 16 YFS BBQ
• Recruiting new members
• Advertising for Orientation

Sept 17~30 YTSA sign up tabling in Vari Hall and Vari Link
• Sign up for your membership and orientation ASAP and get discounts as various places

September 22 York Fest
• Recruiting new members
• Advertising Orientation

October 2 Orientation at York University
• Orientation for all new and existing members
• Ice breakers and group games
• Performance includes:
o Featuring singer: Moulann
o Dance club performance
o Magic Show
• Free Taiwanese food, Tenren's bubble Tea, and more

October 10 Taiwan National Day Dinner Semiformal:
• Volunteering to help set up/ waiting / guest service

November 7 Career/University Fair
• In cooperation with TCAT and ROCSAUT to host a career fair for university students.
• Invitation of other Taiwanese student clubs from other universities to come represent their university in this university fair

November 12 Clubbing Event
• Semi-annual clubbing event for Taiwanese/Chinese people at Circa

Late January or Early February Semi-Formal
• In collaboration with Taiwan Republic of China Student Association at University of Toronto
• Location and date to be determined
• Biggest Taiwanese Semi-Formal of the year, approximately 200-300 attendants

Early March Clubbing Event
• Semi-annual clubbing event for Taiwanese/Chinese people at Circa

Mid April East Asian Week at York University
• Participating in promoting Taiwanese culture at York University
• Raise awareness of Taiwanese culture

Early May YTSA annual Taiwanese Culture Camp at Wasaga Beach
• 2 Day 1 night exclusive event featuring paintball, group activities, and BEACH FUN!~
