【已結束】Welcoming Assistants' General Meeting (10/13)

Dear all staff and registered/unregistered Assistants,

YTSA將在Reading week的星期三於York U舉辦第一次與今年assistants一起開的會議。所有staff都會參加，很期待也看到所有有興趣成為assistants的各位朋友可以出席。

時間：Oct.13, 2010 (Wed.) Staff: 12pm-5pm; Assistant: 3pm-5pm，請各位準時參加！
地點：York University Student Centre （Room 307)
主題：What's next? Halloween Haunted House, Clubbing, Bento Day, and more staff!!

以上不是功課，是希望可以借此讓大家更了解你/妳，所以不用太緊張～

請注意：
如果沒有來參加general meeting的話，將會無法即時得知很多YTSA現在正在計畫的活動可以參與幫忙的地方，你部門的組員，還有很多其他可以讓你更熟悉社團的好玩資訊。

希望星期三當天可以看到大家喔!

it's alright, we can meet up sometime after the meeting and put you in the deptartment you are interested in, and see what you want to do =)
