“Michelle’s Career Workshop” is a career consulting provider aiming to change Canadian-based Taiwanese/Chinese students into more competitive talents in their career path. The career planning will thoroughly explain the different recruiting mechanisms of the well-known firms and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, we will also analyze classical career development cases, help to discover and find out the students’ middle ground of interests and career developments, and find the key factors to be a part of the famous companies. The long-term quality enhancement will help the students to move on to a higher career goal, such as promotions or raises.

The technical skill part of the course will explain the “underline rules” for corporate interviews, interview types and processes, illustration of interview questions and corresponding strategies, and analyze classical interview cases. Also, the workshop’s mock interview sessions will find out the interview pitfalls of every student and methods of improvement in order to greatly enhance the success rate of interviews. The average interview pass rate of our trainees is an astounding 90%.
